Luong Manh Hai could not slap his son because of the fatherhood.
"Khi Con La Nha" - the movie about the fatherhood of Luong Manh Hai and "the son" Duy Anh, is now all set, will be released at the end of the year.
This is also Luong Manh Hai's first movie as a producer, so he was just both eager and nervous. Also, this is the first time Duy Anh (Bi) has played a major role which holds the storyline emotionally.
Duy Anh said: "This is the first time I play a role as the poor boy living in rural so there are many things I do not know. The first time I was alone to lead pigs, go catch snake catch, frogs, also play throwing mud, take bath in the rain, etc... Although it is very polar but very happy. Moreover, the film shoots many days but during the summer so I do not have to skip classes.
Both director Vu Ngoc Dang and producer Luong Manh Hai are very surprised about Duy Anh who was only 8 but just needed 5 seconds to cry.
When being asked which footage is most impressive, Luong Manh Hai said: "In the script, I had to slap Bi very strong due to uncontrollable anger. When I just raised my hand about to slap, suddenly I saw Bi started to cry. I was like giving up and could not do anything. I really love him. Then I put myself in the character and decided not to slap him anymore. Fortunately, director Vu Ngoc Dang also saw that was angry enough and reasonable."
"Khi Con La Nha" directed by Vu Ngoc Dang and produced by Luong Manh Hai, is scheduled to officially release from December 28, 2017
